These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website www.ghgarimix.com and to all agreements between GH Gari Mix B.V. and its customers. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly.
All our products are food items. Please check the allergen information on each product page before ordering. GH Gari Mix contains peanuts and milk powder.
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout.
Orders are confirmed by email after successful payment. We accept major credit cards, iDEAL and other payment methods as shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider.
We ship to Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and other EU countries. Free shipping applies to orders over €40 within the Netherlands. Delivery times are typically 2–5 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. Food products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@ghgarimix.com.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@ghgarimix.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds are processed within 14 days.
GH Gari Mix products contain peanuts (groundnut) and milk powder. Some products may contain traces of other nuts. Always check the label before consumption. We are not liable for allergic reactions caused by failure to read the allergen information provided.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We are not liable for damages caused by misuse of our products.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
